You should list the trigger in the description or model info. Also in the future you should use a shorter trigger. Having "given surname" in the trigger can lead to big issues with on-site generation, and even for local triggers with "real" words can be misread as their own instructions. I recommend using something made up of letters seperated by underscore like J_L_S_N (Jim Lee Style Nineties) instead: It won't be misread but is relatively easy to type
Thanks for the tips. I'm not the most tech savvy when it comes to this, so I often skip steps. Just want to produce the art, you know. That said, how to you train the lora to know that an acronym like, JLSN will stand for, Jim Lee style Nineties?
@Nastalgic Just use it in every picture's tag. The actual tag you use as a trigger can be totally arbitrary as long as its trained with that tag (for example you could, if you really wanted to, train a style, clothing, pose, etc. to trigger off of "Hurdygurdy" despite that actually being an obscure instrument), it meaning anything is purely for convenience to the end user and making it easy to pick something (instead of being stuck between an unlimited number of possibilities).
@NanashiAnon I see, thank you. I guess what I mean to ask is, how does the AI know what the acronym means, for example: BD = Blue dress. Do I have to prompt 'blue dress' somewhere in the LoRA creation process, so that when people type in the trigger 'BD', it'll generate a blue dress?
@Nastalgic If you're asking why you use correct tags for existing things, it's simple: As I understand it the training process is comparing the unmodified checkpoint's output for those tags and trying to match it. Since the trigger word is (generally) not something the base already knows, it's learning from scratch what that means.
@NanashiAnon Thank you, I think I get it. I see, so the AI doesn’t know acronyms, or words for that matter, it learns their meaning from the dataset. So, whatever tag I repeat consistently becomes the trigger. I just have to make sure it’s used on all training images.
@Nastalgic Effectively yes.
Awesome style!
