Chinese art is an enormous treasure. I’ve always wanted to create LoRAs in this direction, but I’ve often run into obstacles — either not having a strong enough dataset, lacking a solid concept, or simply not being satisfied with the training results.

Some earlier attempts, like the FLUX LoRAs for gongbi baimiao (fine-line ink drawing) and seals, were among my first experiments in this area. Looking back now, I’m still not entirely happy with them. That said, the idea has never left my mind.

Gongbi, Xieyi, Colored painting, Baimiao, Splash ink, flowers and birds, landscapes, figures… there’s just so much I want to explore and create.

Recently, I’ve been collecting a dataset for a series of traditional Chinese painting–style character LoRAs. It’s not finished yet, but based on my recent training experience with ZIT, I feel it has the potential to perform better than FLUX in this area.

In 2026, there will definitely be more LoRAs inspired by Chinese art. I hope you’ll enjoy them.

I’m currently using ComfyUI v0.6.0 and haven’t run into that issue myself.
That said, ComfyUI updates very quickly and relies on a lot of dependencies and third-party plugins, so issues do pop up from time to time.
If the rgthree LoRA Loader isn’t working for you, you could try switching to a standard LoRA Loader — that might do the trick.
