ShadowShape SoloLoRA
All samples are made with Nunchaku svdq-fp4_r32-flux.1-dev in ComfyUI, no editing.
This LoRA is mainly designed for creating black-and-white portraits of beautiful female characters. To generate black-and-white images, it’s best to start your prompt with something like “a black and white photo.” You can still add small touches of color, like red lips, but if too many colors are described, the image may come out in full color.
If you don’t limit it to black-and-white, another use of this LoRA is to improve the “plastic-like” look of FLUX renders. It adds a subtle film-like grain to the image and makes some adjustments to the overall color tone.

I can't get ai-toolkit training to run, what app did you use to train this? Is there any documentation anywhere I should read up on?
Hi @TigonTX ,
I’m more used to kohya’s training scripts, and this LoRA was trained with kohya musubi-tuner. At the moment, I use kohya for ZIB LoRAs and ai-toolkit for ZIT ones.
The author of musubi-tuner provides some basic documentation in the GitHub repo. It’s pretty minimal, but still better than ai-toolkit’s situation—I haven’t been able to find any official documentation for ai-toolkit so far.
I’m still figuring out how to train ZIB properly and don’t have a solid approach yet. Some people claim they’ve achieved very good results training ZIB LoRAs with OneTrainer, to the point where they can be used on ZIT at a strength of 1. I haven’t verified this myself, though—I haven’t used OneTrainer yet.
@solo_lee awesome, thank you for the response. I'm trying to figure out musubi, It's a little trickier for me than kohya_ss to get started. I've made a few ZIB loras with aitoolkit at mostly the same settings as with ZIT loras, basically, the sample photos are not a good indication of how the lora performs. They've been working well with ZIT at strength 1-1.5
@TigonTX It’s rumored that the official training code, called “Ztuner,” will be released this weekend.
@solo_lee Oh, that's exciting, I'll keep an eye out
