well, hands are still a huge problem, but to get some good ones, try these prompts that i made and tell me if they work for you too (not only on this model):

(((alien-hands, alien-fingers, alien-fingertips, alien-limbs, alien-gestures, alien-sex, alien-eyes, alien-digits, alien-standards, alien-pov-hands, alien-outgrowths, convenient-censoring, alien-penis)))

remove that nsfw-part if its not needed. the reason for their "existence" should be clear.

these prompts are insanely offensive to every checkpoint i tried them with. you will get a lot of "creeps" at first because your checkpoint will get really pissed and generate them on purpose, but after some time, your checkpoint will just calm down and generate very good images with nice or perfect hands. this happened to me on any checkpoint in sd and sd xl. that's why i simply warn you about this.
