Why did I create this checkpoint? This time, it’s a special request — from me, to myself. I’m a huge fan of the artist Gary Robert. I discovered a LoRA creator whose work, in my eyes, is perhaps one of the most beautiful ever made on Civitai. When I tested it on my own illustrative model, I found it performed incredibly well — truly impressive.
But there was one small issue: for memory management and prompt handling reasons, it’s often more practical to integrate the LoRA directly into the checkpoint. So I had a slightly crazy idea — to create what I call a poisoned checkpoint: fusing a LoRA with a checkpoint so that every generated image always carries, subtly in the background, the essence of that original LoRA.
And so, here’s my creation. I truly hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.
Pourquoi j’ai créé ce checkpoint ? Cette fois-ci, c’est une demande un peu spéciale : de moi à moi-même. Je suis un fan fini de Gary Robert, l’artiste. J’ai découvert un créateur de LoRA dont le travail, à mes yeux, est peut-être l’un des plus beaux jamais créés sur Civitai. En le testant sur mon propre modèle illustratif, j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait un travail exceptionnel, vraiment superbe.
Mais il y avait un petit problème : pour des raisons de gestion de mémoire et de prompts, il est souvent plus pratique d’intégrer le LoRA directement dans le checkpoint. Alors, j’ai eu une idée un peu folle : créer un checkpoint empoisonné — c’est-à-dire fusionner un LoRA avec un checkpoint, de manière à ce que toutes les images générées portent toujours, en filigrane, l’essence du LoRA original.
Voici donc mon œuvre. J’espère sincèrement que vous l’aimerez autant que moi.
