This is an experimental LoRA, the goal of which was to try to 'improve' generation. To some extent it worked, and to some extent it didn't. Stable generation is not guaranteed. Tencs were trained together with the unet, which on the whole was rather useless, so when generating it is probably desirable to use only the unet.
