If you put the chars in Brackets, like in the example below, and force some Strength into it, it works much better than 1.0. Also for NSFW.

Most are dressed up, but I included some Nudes, a few with multiple Girls and some Black/Hispanic/Asian Girls. Also some Images that contain sexual Positions. Basicly everything I could find.
Keywords trained on: "m1dg3t, mini person" - works pretty well. Strength: 0.7-1
As addition i suggest to use something like "tiny" "thick thighs" or "size difference, tall male" if you consider to put "1boy" into the scene. But it's hard to get man and woman together on an image, because 99% of the images used for Training were from single woman.

Regarding QWEN: I only have a 4080S with 16GB VRAM so i had to train on 512/768 Resolutions. Please use Qwen-Image-Lightning @ 4 Steps to improve Image-Generation-Speed and a CFG Scale of 1.0.
If you want to create nude images using QWEN with proper genitals i recommend using one of these two LoRA's (or any other you prefer; see last two preview images) @ Strength: 0.5-0.6:
1. Send Nudes Pro B1 - More "Realistic"
2. Reclining Nude, After Sex v1.0 Alpha - More "Artistic" (my favorite)
