The angry Chinese comments are pretty funny.
I can't tell if the comments are referring to the Lora, or this time in history the posters came from. If you are referring to the Lora, the point is to make fun of the style. If you are referring to the original posters, I agree, blind propaganda is very dumb.
So you create this to perpetuate this stupidity,RIGHT?
@ronmark332 I create it to mock it. I agree it is stupid, but forgetting gives it power it does not deserve to have.
@tarnished3029 You can't even tell the difference between the flags of North Korea, China, and the Soviet Union. You're just showing off your meager ideological knowledge. That makes you look even dumber than this Lora.
@ronmark332 The dataset is from Chinese Propaganda posters from the 1950s and 1960s, China did associate itself closely with the Soviet Union in the early years. Their are posters Chinese leaders posing in front of the hammer and sickle (Soviet Union) flag. They later moved away from the hammer and sickle symbolism.
@925_Studio Wow, wow, let's see whose words are filled with hatred? It seems you not only hate a certain political party, but you also don't consider the “people” here to be human beings.
@tarnished3029 From your words, I don't see that you can distinguish between North Korea and China. Also, I hope your knowledge of China and the Soviet Union isn't limited to the 1950s and 60s. If you have the chance, you can come to China and see for yourself; China now offers visa-free entry to many countries. See if there are any propaganda posters you like here. It's 2025; many things have changed. Even if you want to satirize something, you need new material, don't you?
@ronmark332 You are correct that this is not based on modern times. I am not trying to make it modern propaganda. We know modern China is not Mao's China. Modern China is not the Early Communist era. But we can look back and see that era had a distinct style.
Way to go, brother! Nice work!
