@luisa_pinguin I think is because you were saying you were training with 1 image/1 video for fastest training possible and low VRAM usage too so maybe he is trying to say that you need a more powerful GPU to train "normally". That's at least how I understood it.

No info on steps cfg or do you put in both H and L , I ran this in high at 1.00 with Dasiwa and it did nothing at all? What am I missing?
no low noise lora? how shall we use it never used single noise lora
high noise is only for "fine details" and some stuff like vfx
for low noise is generaly "structure changing"
