Finally, a few recommendations for the settings:
Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras
Steps: 30-40
CFG: 3-9 (3 looks a bit more realistic, but has slightly fewer details)

Eyes and hands is still a problem at times, can use Loras to fix this.
Usage settings for this version
Aspect ratio: 512x512 default as per XL-Turbo models (Play around with this, higher aspect ratios tend to cause double characters in images.
Sampler: your choice
Steps: 1 - 5
CFG: 1.0 - 1.4 (can look at using higher settings, play around with CFG and Steps)
Grid images with Samplers were done with CFG 1.1
CFG grid image was done with Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras
