I don't use comfyUI. BTW that behavior is true for every qwen-image lora that doesn't use a trigger word not only yours.
@lykiote I don't think that is true. I've trained loras in AI-Toolkit that have a VERY different result with the same prompt, but without a trigger. You can see Ostris do the same in his tutorial videos, where he shows before and afters. But maybe other trainers don't actually train correctly without a trigger?

ComfyUI execution error: Weights only load failed. In PyTorch 2.6, we changed the default value of the weights_only argument in torch.load from False to True. Re-running torch.load with weights_only set to False will likely succeed, but it can result in arbitrary code execution. Do it only if you got the file from a trusted source.
Please file an issue with the following so that we can make weights_only=True compatible with your use case: WeightsUnpickler error:
