Operator Scavenger from gacha game Arknights. Her basic elite 1 outfit as well as her Raythean Striker skins are available. I tried to train her elite 2 outfit but I couldn't find anywhere near enough images for it.

Another really cool design for a very weak character in game. She's probably one of the least used 4* if I had to guess.

Not much is known about her apart from her being a grumpy loner and her liking pussy, all of which makes for a very relatable character.
