List of prompts you might need are
penis, solo focus, cheek poking, hetero, penis on face, poking, one eye closed, penis awe,erection, cheek squash, large penis, cheek press
90% of the time it will create 2 penis. You can try to change weight or mix with some negatives "multiple penises, 2boys" if you prefer only 1. Also you can combine with facial expressions to get some funny results
Use weight around 0.8 and 1 depending on model and your prompts

@Werry cock size tends to depend on the model you use. You can try to prompt for size (ie. small penis, tiny penis) but it's always a bit hit or miss.
you should make a seashell position lora, no dick. i think it would be great
