VAE is already baked in.
Suggested settings:
Sampler: Euler a
Steps: 30+ (the more the better ofc)
CFG scale: 2,5 - 10 (5 is usually good)
Hires.fix: 1,5x upscale, 0,25 strength, half the steps you used for the base image

I have only 12GB VRAM, so those models are out of my reach at the moment.
Is there a list of nationalities? I noticed you blend them sometimes in your outputs

Some are stronger (african, asian, indian...), some have weaker effect (italian, greek)

Good checkpoint, esp. for older, larger women. Unfortunate tendency to cut heads out of frame!
Yeah, that happens sometimes. I'm working a new version, hoping to mitigate that. Adjusting prompts with details about faces helps to avoid heads out of frame, still not 100% accurate tho.

Good job, 20251207 has fewer out of frame issues, without losing anything obvious from previous versions.
