Original Pony version worked fine with txt2img but created clitoral monstrosities most of the time when using txt2img. Noob fixes this and works really well with img2img in general.
I personally use it when model switching between Noob and Pony to keep the aesthetic (bright, more saturated colors, better pubic hair) that Pony offers while getting all of the benefits of a better model like Noob (improved anatomy being the biggest pro).
Would recommend inpainting or img2img generating a crotch close up that is between ~1000px x ~1000x px and ~1500px x 1500 px for the best detail. If it's too small, you won't get the benefit, and if it's too big you risk going overboard. Less of an issue if there is no pubic hair.
