I am having varried results with different settings. Do you use the same kohya settings for every subject or do you fine tune for each subject?
Basically the same settings. The only differences might be the number of photos.
Actually, I might increase the number of repeats. Usually between 16-25. I have a "face" folder and a "body" folder that I can adjust repeats for separately. Dim is 8 and Alpha is 4. I've been having good luck with those, so I haven't experimented with higher Dim or Alpha settings.
There are probably other ways to do it, but I've been using a program called "faceswap" to extract faces from images into the "faces' folder.
In automatic1111, I've been using the train>process images tab to resize and crop the images for "body".
Is all that necessary? I don't know. It's what I've been doing.
