Low noise is mainly for detail, while high noise is general composition and action. Seeing as this is mainly just adding something to teeth, it makes sense that there's only a low detail model.
That being said, braces are extremely hard to do with generative models (speaking from experience training my own models). Probably won't ever get anything more than nightmare fuel until we can really crank out images/videos at really high source res since the teeth occupy a very small section of the images compared to the rest of the frame.

I can use that in T2V too but it's almost always blue braces.
