Example prompt:
m4n1ac, She performs the m4n1ac dance, she quick spinning turn, looking back over her shoulder as she rotates. After the spin, she settles into a side-profile pose and continues dancing with a smooth hip movement.Far from perfect, you might need to try different seeds and cherry-pick the best results. From my tests, it works best when the starting image has the legs visible.
The example workflow is embedded in one of the videos that doesn’t use frame interpolation (the first one)

wonderful. i saw your workflow, looks very sleek and clean too but why you prefer quantized over fp8? isnt slower?
If we’re talking about only inference time per step, you’re actually right, GGUF Q8 also slower than FP8 on my PC.
But if you look deeper at some of the nodes in the workflow, there’s a Torch Compile node. And what I’ve found is that when using FP8/FP16, recompilation happens much more often compared to GGUF Q8.
So for example, let's say using FP8 I get around 20s/it, while GGUF Q8 gives me around 25s/it. But because FP8/FP16 triggers a lot of recompilations, GGUF ends up finishing faster overall.
I don’t know if this is a bug or not, but at least on my current setup, GGUF Q8 is faster in terms of total generation time.
I opened an issue on the triton-windows repo, I’m not sure if that's the right place, but I haven’t found any answers. Also, i found similar issue was posted here & here
Do we use the High noise as a Low Noise too or only the High without a Low?
This one doesn’t need a low-noise lora. Just apply this high noise lora on the high model and it works fine in my testing, since most of the motion is handled by the high noise model.
You can check the description, I linked a video with the workflow embedded, and you can see it works fine without a low noise lora.
Thank you for confirming. I did download the workflow but I kept getting errors or running out of VRAM (I have a 4080 with 16GB). So Now I'm just about to try the Lora with my Go-To WAN 2.2 workflow although I'm not sure whether I can just leave the Low Noise side untouched. [EDIT] - Yes, it works nicely in my usual workflow. Good, natural movement (I do use frame interpolation - RIFE - to go to 64fps).
@dcham2310 Thank you for the review! Super happy it’s working fine 😁
Does anyone know a song that this dance would go well with?
Not sure, but definitely Maniac by Viviz, since this lora was trained using that song’s choreos.
this Lora is absolutely amazing, please add more dance moves!
amazing lora! i have a lora request for you! you should make a gyrating hips lora!
God damn safety shorts... The scourge of human kind!
Where is low noise?
Hello, could you tell me what CFG scale you used and what weight you set for the High LoRA? It's just that in my case, the camera shakes a lot from side to side.
