Just add the lora to your prompt. No need for a trigger word. If you're only getting a face closeup, either:
A: Lower the lora's weight.
B: Add more things and/or weight to the rest of the prompt.

She looks great with ''honey_blonde_hair'' and ''blue_eyes''.

Can be mixed with my other loras to great effect. Try starting at 0.5 for each.
