Mizuki, or rather Captain Jack Sparrow Mizuki, is a character in the manga "One-Punch Man," a B-Class professional hero, and number 71 in the Hero Association.

Before becoming a hero, Mizuki was a champion long-distance runner, but decided to become a superhero to save the city from a monster invasion.

Mizuki was summoned to support the team during the raid in the "Monster Association" arc. She played a key role during the raid, fighting Tiger- and Wolf-level monsters.
