Uncensored is not a new concept, but it is kind meh in most base models, especially for the lady parts.
Main trigger:
pussy (for pussy with hood, not major focus), spread pussy (lightly opened up pussy, hands may be involved, the les most likely will spread as well), cervix (open up more than spread pussy, so you can see the interior, and the the cute cervix), cleft of venus (I didn't focus on this tag, mostly just give you no hood pussy, most nsfw models can already do that with no problem, it's a curved line representing pussy). If your base model understands these some other way, use underscore instead of space between words. Using them together may have unexpected result.

You can also get creative and use words like uretha, clitoris, anus, and etc.. They're all capped in the caption files, whichever helps you to get the perfect thing you want.
Please note that the from back view can happen as well, since there's not tons of data, it may take a few tries to get it perfect (extra anus and such), but the lora can clearly tell the direction of the pussy.
The point of this lora is to give more details to pussy, so it doesn't come out as in some unspeakable shape. It has some flaws, like it may give you extra uretha... or clitoris... depend on your setting for highres. Or you can use upscaling, if it's not too much trouble.
I've used a few pussy loras on civ, they all feel a bit overfit or changing the style of base model way too much, including the previous pussy-gaping lora made by myself.
So I gathered about 6k uncensored imgs (anime) on internet, went through the hellish data selecting and editing (I can still see those pictures when I close my eyes), trained this lora, baring the idea that with enough material, the lora has enough knowledge so it's not biased on the style.
With a few tests, it significantly changes the pussy shape and is more responsive to the nsfw triggers. Also, it can be worked on models with no "pussy" capability to a degree, can work on realistic models as well (will change style obviously).

Tested on a realistic to semi-realistic checkpoint (milkychicken) with Lora Block Weight, the lora affects style even with using only IN and MID blocks. In other words, style was baked into the lora strongly enough that the IN and MID blocks were affected, when ideally only the OUT blocks should affect style. A real shame because this is the one of the better pussy loras I've come across so far.
Maybe fiddling around with delaying step activation could help but I doubt it (EDIT:It doesn't, it still affects style.)
Disregard the complicated steps I put in below. Just use adetailer with these settings in whatever workflow you have, whether txt or img2img.
Set 'Mask only the top k largest' to 1 (so it doesn't inpaint armpits into pussies, increase if you have more women in the pic), inpainting strength to 0.35 or more. Tick 'inpaint only masked' up to 64 so it doesn't mess up fingers or anything else in the crotch area. Tick 'use separate width/height, setting values to 256, 512, or 768, depending on the image's final resolution.Current preferred workflow so that the lora doesn't affect style when you have one you really like:
1. Turn off Hiresfix
2. Use this pussy lora with INALL lora block weight configuration to generate a decent base pussy.
3. Use this pussy detector model with adetailer. Use Uncensored pussy lora here in the positive prompt and any necessary negative prompts.
4. Set 'Mask only the top k largest' to 1 (so it doesn't inpaint armpits into pussies), inpainting strength to 0.35 or more. tick 'inpaint only masked' up to 128 so it doesn't mess up fingers or anything else in the crotch area. tick 'use separate width/height, setting values to 512.
To upscale the image, I just use regular img2img instead of hiresfix. Way better that way instead since adetailer will only kick in after hiresfix anyway and it'll take more work inpainting an upscaled image than the base one.
Thanks for the detailed testing, yeah, frankly speaking, I've tried a few ways to train it, it all comes down to the dataset. I scoped about 10% of high score imgs available to train it, hoping it has less bias, but more or less, it still will have some, since not all artists are drawing pussy and whatsoever. Use whatever tool on your hand to get the best out of it (⌐■_■)
@reweik It's still the best pussy lora I've seen so far. The realistic one, godpussy, has this weird issue where some parts of the IN block have one pose and the others a completely different one. It results in extra limbs, usually legs, in about 60% of images(at least in my use case), and in 5% a disfigured head grows out of the ass of the woman in the pic lmao.
Thank YOU for curating through 6k images for this lora. I've considered training my own but gathering a decent dataset is a pain.

The best pussy LoRA enhancer, I can finally get very good ones with right amount of layers and good clit. Bringing and editing 6000+ images clearly paid off. You're a true hero.

The Pussy-gapping patch was great for expression, but there was a ripping anus when it was upscale. But this is all fine. I use a moderate mix of two Loras.
Coming back here to say that this is the best pussy lora period. It can even fix up the clitoris on a pussy without ruining the penis shoved into it. Curating 6k uncensored images definitely weren't in vain. Thanks again

it is normal when you prompt "spread pussy", since the pussy doesn't spread by itself... but you can try to prompt just the pussy itself and cervix, normally it will not come with hands.
