I recently got to stay for 4 weeks at the RTR and I met all the colorful people who seem to live there full time. Like Satsuma. Satsuma apparently threw javelin for the French Olympic team in 2012 or maybe 2018 - I didn't quite catch what year. She works for a division of Reebok and enjoys Pinot Noir.
