IL0.1版とIL1.0版のうち、IL0.1の方が結果が良いです。
ただし、IL0.1はモノクロ出力になりやすいため、ネガティブプロンプトに monochrome, greyscale を追加してください

Retrained specifically to mitigate block noise from low-quality vintage sources.
Between the two versions, IL0.1 yields significantly better results for noise reduction than IL1.0.
Recommended Settings
Since the IL0.1 version tends to produce monochrome outputs, please ensure you add the following to your Negative Prompt:
