This is my twelfth style lora so go easy with me on this one.
v1: Less painterly and characters are more bara-like, but looks less like Taran. Good as a generic bara lora or combined with other loras.
v2: Looks much more like Taran in style and character design. Does action shots much better too.
It's subjective which you feel might be best. The differences aren't substancial on upper body shots, but the zoomed out action shots it becomes more pronounced.
I've remade the v1 images in v2 for easy comparison.
There's already a great lora on this site for this artist, but I couldn't resist trying my hand at it with a newer dataset, as the artist has produced some great works this year. I can't promise this is any better, but I'm very happy with it and had a blast creating the sample pics.
Depending on your checkpoint, you can try adding "painterly" and the e621 artist tag of "taran fiddler" to the prompt if you want to match the artist's style a little closer.
Description
Retagged and retrained using a much higher step count and other adjustments to better match Taran's painterly style and character design. I did 5 different versions with different steps and settings and this is the one that got the right balance between looking like Taran without being too painterly.
