I think the on-site gen's NSFW detector hates the cuffs, and/or the side slit.
Its the cuffs, well maybe the side slit too, but definitely the cuffs!
Apparently, to normal people, shackles are inductive of bondage/kinky things, but as someone that grew up playing Disgaea I just thought they are edgy and cool.
This isn't the first lora "shackled" by the NSFW detector lol.
If you give her a different outfit does it still complain?
@CitronLegacy May be the tag name. Tried it without calling cuffs and still complained. Tried without it or sideslit and it came out fine and included both (should be up as second pic on uploaded image soon).
It's a real shame that everything involving a character being bound is automatic R and yellow buzz only. Ruins one of my favorite gag gen types when perfectly SFW images get marked R and often require yellow buzz.

Glad this is usable with blue buzz. I've just accepted the fact that somethings won't be usable but its nice when I'm wrong.
