Hello, just curious what this does. It SOUNDS like it replaces the text encoder with a different type. Does it have any strengths or weaknesses?
I'm on qwen3-4b-Q8_0.gguf didn't see much different at all. It is maybe a hair sharper if I zoom in 500% and really contemplate the fine pixel details, but I it is a lot slower on my 12gb vram when it has to process.
@ToxicBot I have a question - what clip loader you are use for gguf version? My current workflow with vanilla qwen3-4b and clip loader to CPU (and RAM as well, as I get right) + zImage (8 + 16 mix) to VRAM way more stable to gguf CLIP loader to VRAM - and I use 4080 16Gb.

May I ask for more information about this? Not sure how it`s may be just copy - original qwen 3 4b about 8Gb.
Compressed size isn’t the model’s actual size. The original qwen-3_4B file is around 8GB, but zipped it, so it becomes about 5GB. Once extracted, it goes back to the full size.
