Doris Brand from PS3 game Gundam Side Story: Missing Link. Only used few official arts available with black EFSF pilot suit as her only outfit. You can have the zipper open or closed though. I tried to do her helmet too but it's hard to get it right, I only managed to get one close enough in my many tries, but maybe you can have better luck
