So I wanted to come back to this model and try it again since I've learned so much since I originally did it. I think she turned out really great this time around! She had over 140 images and her dataset has some nice dynamic poses, magic, hydrokinesis, outfits and such, Let me know what you think and have fun!

Cool character like the lora alot.
Tips for comfyui.
I downloaded one of the images and did see your workflow. Just a tip with all the groups you have, try (Fast groups muter) by rgthree, less need to bypass and unbypass the nodes.
Anyway looking forward for the next lora.
could u make that workflow and send it to me so i can tinker?! im still learning comfyui :)

Just download the image and drag it into comfyui. Should have the fast groups mouter in there now.
You need to connect the Randomblock to text and source. My comfyui just couldn't get it to work, so I used a basic text block.

About the Illustrious lora, can I go use any other illustrious checkpoint that isn't NAI, or any non-vpred versions? Do I have to match the trained version exactly or can I choose any from v0.5 to v1.0?
That I'm not entirely sure of honestly. I wish I knew, but it's worth a quick test since NOOBAI is SDXL anyway. You might come up with some good results but I havent tested that thoroughly and I'm still learning NoobAI and Illustrious models
It works with other Illustrious models. Just have to tweak the LoRA strength and find a sampling method + scheduler type that works well with it.
@DeskGrenade I have a similar question. From what I saw in the previews, they were made with illustrious-based model. But isn't Noob is sdxl-based checkpoint? Although, I saw some other Noob loras and they too were IL-based. But some of the newest Noob ones are sdxl-based. I honestly can't understand all this - still running with pony. It was hard enough with just SDXL/Pony dilemma...
@JxC Listen LOL I totally understand the confusion! Which is why I migrated to illustrious it's easier to explain lol . The way I break it down is this: NoobAI based models are indeed SDXL. But the reason people tend to label them as "illustrious" within CIVITAI is because they -can- work well with illustrious checkpoints (And there's no way to label them as a NOOBAI model as there's no option to do so). But obviously, it would be better if it was illustrious model with illustrious checkpoints and noobai model to noobai checkpoint since they're intended to work for specific models/checkpoints. Does this clear it up at all?
@DeskGrenade yep, thank you. I guess, I will have migrate from Pony first(if at all) to see for myself which is better. It's just, they are relatively fresh checkpoints and the majority(about 70-80%) of my fav style and char loras aren't transferred to them.
@JxC to me it's much better than pony actually! Based on my testing and things, it doesn't fall into the same issues with Pony and things like magic, weapons, and fighting poses etc are far more accurate. Even NSFW poses obviously! Yeah some styles arent ported over yet and a lot of checkpoints are very anime heavy which can be a challenge if you want more of a western style. But I've found a few if u wanted to check them out :)
@DeskGrenade sure, send it in. Although, I don't know when I will be able to check it out x) still have about 500-600 images from old Pony prompts upscaled. Because I am greedy xD Plus, need to test out the Loras I have already trained for Pony...
