From what I can tell, sometimes it might generate a random floating head or a Fimbulvetr as the entire background. I have tried minimizing it with " 2 girls, multiple girls, extra faces, extra head," as the negative

Also It seems to miss the count of fingers on her gloves, I have tried "missing fingers" on the negative and "(((perfect hands, 5 fingers)))" on the positive

It may have issues generating her sleeves on her dress. For some reason.
Realistically it could be mitigated with "long sleeves, covered shoulders" in the positive prompt, and "exposed shoulders" on the negative.
