pretty good. it does take some work to adjust positions. but some positions are not able to be done. probably because lora was trained that way.

Of the five I've tried this does the least damage to a character LoRA. At strength 0.5 it mostly resembles that.
Of course, with the old trick of inpainting the SFW parts onto an otherwise NSFW image with ~0.5 denoise, it will come a lot closer.

Conversely, you could generate the image with the character LoRA lying on their back with their knees bent and legs spread apart nude (Z comes really close anyway) and inpaint the NSFW on with this instead.

It's really a case example of why character LoRAs can only do so much and why edit models are better for character consistency.

Anyway use this one for Missionary POV until something better comes around.
