The useful keywords to achieve what you want are: Miao5lu7 for the base, then: horned headwear, tiara, white hair, long hair, high ponytail, to have a good base; glowing eyes if you have difficulty getting her beautiful eyes; then you can play around with armor, gauntlets, shoulder armor to be faithful to what she is in the game, and you can replace/add them with: Chinese dress, cleavage, fishnets, thighhighs to make her a little more... extreme!
