Yuki

Yuki is an original character (OC) I created as a long-term personal project.

She comes from a village hidden deep within a forest, a harsh land where winters are long, severe, and unforgiving. Her homeland is not wealthy, and life there is shaped by hardship, scarcity, and the constant threat of monster attacks.

Growing up in such an environment made Yuki resilient, selfless, and deeply caring toward others. She has a strong sense of altruism and a natural instinct to help those in need, even when her own circumstances are difficult.

Over time, she learned to endure the cold not only through experience, but also because of a power tied to her existence. For now, I prefer not to fully describe that power. It is a part of her lore that I want to keep unrevealed until future updates, or until I develop a more complete and serious story around her character.

Despite the harsh world she comes from, one of Yuki’s defining traits is her quiet kindness. That balance between endurance and compassion is one of the core ideas behind her character.

About this project

This project includes both a character LoRA and a separate outfit LoRA.

These models represent the current stage of Yuki’s design and visual identity, and they will continue to evolve over time through future updates, refinements, and variations.

The goal of this project is to achieve strong character consistency across different poses, angles, and scenarios, while also allowing greater flexibility in how the outfit can be used.

Why the outfit has its own separate LoRA

The outfit version was intentionally trained as a separate LoRA rather than being merged directly into the main character model.

This choice was made for two main reasons:

• to avoid altering Yuki’s face, body proportions, and overall character identity

• to give users more flexibility, allowing the outfit to be used not only on Yuki, but also on other characters of their choice

By keeping the clothing separate, it becomes much easier to preserve character consistency while still exploring different styling options, scenes, and compositions.

Intended use

These LoRAs are intended for:

• generating consistent images of Yuki

• exploring different scenes, outfits, and expressions

• using Yuki’s outfit on other characters with greater flexibility

• building illustration sets and character-focused projects

Notes

Yuki is a fictional original character, and these LoRAs reflect my personal vision at this stage of her development.

Future versions may introduce:

• design refinements

• improved consistency

• new visual elements or stylistic adjustments

I plan to continue improving and updating the outfit LoRA over time to make the clothing as stable and consistent as possible.

This is part of an ongoing learning process, and any constructive feedback, suggestions, or advice on how to improve the models are sincerely appreciated.
