A character LoRa for Kaya from One Piece. She first appears in Episode 9 "Honorable Liar? Captain Usopp" of the anime series. She is a friend of Usopp and lives in the large manor on the hill atop of Syrup Village. Trained with screencaps of Syrup Village Arc only. Can be used to generate two different outfits, the first is the sleeveless dress she is weraing for most of Syrup Village Arc with optional coat and the second is a striped jacket over an orange dress she is wearing at the end of that arc.
