だから、強烈に上書きするタイプのLoRAではありません。
それをやると【何が何でもロングスカート病】になります。

プロンプトで指定したことは　t-shirt, skirt, shoes, prone　です。
かなり緩い指示ですので『AIにお任せ状態』です。Illustriousのキャラクター呼び出しを使います。ミニスカート姿に覚えのないキャラクター（千反田える）ですが、この通りです。
とても良いですね！
いや、そうじゃなく学習がなくともAIはミニスカを生成しようとする、ということです。
これは『そういう世界観を持っている』と言ったほうが良いのかも知れません。
つまり、これは「服装の指定精度」の問題ではなく、
「モデルが持っている常識」の問題です。

ここでLORAを適応します。
ウェイトは0.4　多くの場合、常駐して使える範囲内の数値です。

プロンプト指示で靴は　shoes　だけでしたので色が変わってますが、それよりお気づきになられたでしょうか？
そうです。スカートの長さが現実でよく見る長さになっています。そして露出させようという働き（腰を上げ、シャツのめくれ上がりと、ヒップの強調）が抑えられています。
つまり自然な形でのエロの追求です。
これがこのLORAの効果です。・・・地味やなｗ

では使い方のコツを。
まずひとつめ。常駐で概念書き換え。
必ずしも、この長さにスカートを固定するものではありません。
ロングでもミニでもなく、長さ指定のない状態（skirt）でAIが『この長さかな？』と出したのがコレだというだけです。要するにAIの『スカートといえばミニだろ！』という概念を書き換えただけです。
ですので欲しいスカートの長さを入れてあげてください。
プロンプトの追従性が上がっているはずです。
そういう意味でサンプル画像の使い方は間違っています。スカート丈を指定せず、ウェイトだけでコントロールしているのですが、正しくは knee-length skirt などの指定をした上で安定するウェイトまで下げた方が使いやすいです。（特にLORA併用使いするときなど）
くどいですが（笑）
あくまで『ミニスカ最優先の概念を変えている』だけです。

ふたつめ。
現在まだテスト段階ではありますが、意図しない露出は明確に減少しているはずです。

たとえば、
・意味もなくスカートがはだける
・不自然なスリットが突然入る
・指示していないのにスカートをめくろうとする

といった挙動が、かなり抑制されています。
NSFWの抑止に使ってみてください。これが目的で作ったと言っても過言ではありません。

いわば「お行儀がよくなった」状態になりますので、
用途に合わない場合はオフにしてください。

便利なのは、# を使ってコメントアウトする方法です。

なお、0.4 - 06の常駐域で絵柄そのものが変化することは
（テスト中ではありますが）まだ確認されていません。
ON / OFF による影響は、基本的に無視できる範囲だと考えてください。
このLoRAは「表現を制限する」ものではなく、
モデルの過剰な補完を抑制することを目的としています。

みっつめ。狙い撃ちです。
ガチガチの強固にミニスカが紐づけられたキャラクターにも効きます。
この場合はウェイトを画像破綻しない程度に上げてください。
サンプル画像の【To LOVEる（モモ）私服】でウェイト1.0で安定しています。
プロンプトで　long skirt　等で指定すれば、もっとウェイトが下げられるはずです。
ミニスカ以外の学習画像が存在しないのでは？　という程度にはミニスカキャラですが、ちゃんと効きましたので、どんなキャラでも（たぶん）効果があるはずです。

よっつめ。想定外の挙動について

このLoRAは「スカートの長さ」を直接制御するものではなく、

モデルが持っている

「スカート＝ミニが自然」

という前提そのものを弱める調整です。

そのため、用途やモデルの組み合わせによっては、

私が想定していなかった変化や副作用が現れる可能性があります。

A. Indirectly, yes.
By reducing unintended exposure (skirt flipping, random slits, etc.),
it can help prevent accidental NSFW outputs.
However, this is not a censorship LoRA.

A. Recommended weights:

• 0.45 – 0.6 for general use (always-on)

First, a quick note:

this is a simplified explanation, but it’s close enough to what’s really going on.

In AI image generation, this kind of thing happens every single time.

For each image, the base model and the prompt are basically playing tug-of-war.

In this case, the prompt only won once — on the 8th image.

Why is that?

Because the base model has learned over a very long time that

“miniskirts are the default.”

So the base model starts with a huge advantage.

It’s like a regular person trying to win a tug-of-war against a pro wrestler.

You can try, but you won’t win often.

USE LoRA

Note:
All images here are generated with the LoRA set to weight 0.6, which is within the recommended everyday (always-on) range.

The tug-of-war still happens.

But now, the LoRA joins in as a helper.

Even a pro wrestler can’t easily win a two-on-one fight.

That’s why most generations now follow the prompt.

Still, this is a miniskirt-loving wrestler we’re dealing with.

So in this example, the 3rd and 9th images ended in a draw.

“Why not just make the LoRA stronger?”

You can.

But if the LoRA becomes too strong, it stops being a helper and starts becoming the main character.

When that happens, it’s more likely to affect:

exposure levels

fetish-specific prompts

intentional NSFW expressions

If pushed too far, overall flexibility drops — including for NSFW use.

That trade-off is intentional, and it’s the core design choice of this LoRA.
