A merged furry model paired with a specially trained LyCORIS. Intended to be used together, but they can be used separately. They can do humans just fine, too.
The Merged VAE version contains the VAE, but the LyCORIS is still separate.
The LyCORIS is trained on, and intended to be paired with, the base model. Without this, your results will not look like the sample images!! The sample images use this at 0.6 weight, but that's really up to you. It can be downloaded from here (unfortunately, you can't associate two model files with a release here on civitai!)

SOMETIMES it works great. Most of the time though, it just generates normal anime characters in no particular art style with ears and a tail.
are you using the linked Lycoris? because that's essential to producing a proper furry look. If you are, remember to explicitly include "furry" in the prompt. Reinforcing it also tends to help.

I cannot seem to be able to use lycoris file, can you give instructions how to make use of it?
Using it like in the example pictures gives: Exception: Error while deserializing header: HeaderTooLarge
