No. There is no problem in having multiple examples of a character. Like how there are many versions of Wargreymon and other characters.

Yeah, he looks like he could be a villain in a Super Sentai show. But he is just a typical looking goon in Lord Slug's army. The only ones with different armor are the ones with name tags on them in the movie. Lulz.
