Gold, a former AAA Artist for West and East Coast United States studios. Loaned to Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and even various studios in the UK - Gold suffered a catastrophic blow when finding he was suffering rheumatoid arthritis and carpel tunnel syndrome. Unable to draw he would be bumped up to an Art Director for nearly 2 decades shadowing and swooping in as a stand in left and right across the world. His career, over 40 years of dedication, lead to nothing more than a 401k and "Californian" insurance that didn't even cover the copay for the surgery on his wrists.

Effectively retiring from "art" in 2012, Mister Gold, and bounced from college to college losing faith in humanity as "Cal Arts" style became the rage. After being a professor for 5 years desperately trying to bring back the hard work and design ethic of the 80s and 90s he decided to retire in late 2017.

In 2018, Gold was summoned to Burbank to test the "New Pattern Recognition Generative Art Systems" having said "Oh, these are just the AI systems we had back in 87 whereupon he was promptly escorted out of the facility before he had fully signed the NDA. In 2023 the California bill was passed to that removed "Exclusivity clauses and their suppression of work". In 2024 he started messing around having accepted the role as a head artist at a "Furry Paysite" before seeing the writing on the wall that everyone and their grandma could "make it themselves" soon and took a knee.
