whatever i do, motion loras just don't really do their full range of motion. it's not specific to this workflow, but i like yours. do you know what i'm doing wrong?
Add the motion LORAs after the lightning LORAS.
@hnybeexxx i cannot really tell a difference. i also used the 'caveman' workflow (https://civitai.com/models/2143777/caveman-easy-wan-22-aio-nsfwsfw-rtx-3060-12gb-vram-gguf-workflow), with an 10gb all-in-one modell. the generation quality is much worse, but there the concept-lora seems to work properly (full range of motion). i tried so many things (order of the loras, cfg high and low, ratio of high and low steps, the amount of steps, weight of lightning loras, different lightning loras, weight of trigger phrases in prompt), but nothing seems to work.
but i still think it has to do with the lightning loras somehow.
