As usual for 90s cartoons, image quality available online is awful. Her skin color isn't even consistent within the same episode. Outfit is also not completely accurate, but it's close enough. Couldn't find any promo art, concept art, or animation cells, which can help when image quality is bad. There's a decent amount of fan art, but none of it was really useable as it wasn't on model. Supposedly there's a reboot coming, so I'll make another version whenever that comes out.
