Creates Vibrant outlines for silhouettes for Illustrious Models.
The newer versions for Anima, Krea2, and Illustrious are located here: https://civarchive.com/models/2881897/vibrantoutline
Description
Used to create colorful vibrant silhouettes, the lower the strength of the Lora the less 'flat' and more '3d' it becomes, and may cause non-outline images. Use additional themes such as "outline paint splashes", "outline fire", etc to add spice to the outlines. You can also just state a color to switch to your preferred color.
