I'm getting images that look nothing like her, even with your prompts. I've even gotten pictures of buildings and men. Not sure what's going on.
Though question, what checkpoint, vae and clip skip are you using? My ti only works on sd1.5 models. What are your settings (sampler, resolution, etc.) ? Did you try to redownload the ti and / or tried to rename it? I had a user recently who renamed it and added a "." and it stopped working.
I just downloaded the file from here and renamed it to see if it works.
