The Magic the Gathering character Lathril, the elf queen of Kaldheim that ascended to godhood.

To depict her wearing her crown instead of the circlet, use:

crown, green crown, glowing crown,

and add gold circlet to negative tags.

This model doesn't quite get the white facial marks under her eyes right, but otherwise captures the character pretty well. It works better with upper body rather than full body views.
