Looks good, but oh my. I guess these LTX-2 loras are going to be pretty big as a rule.
There's at least one other LTX-2 lora up, and it's over half the size. Im sure people will take some time to figure out the proper accuracy necessary. For something like this you would think it wouldn't need to be so high, but it also seems to have some nice quality, so who knows.
Good news, resizing this lora took <half as long as wan (or >twice as long as zit, thrice flux), 97% retention and down to 70mb. So a much better candidate for compression than wan.
Unfortunately, there's large variance in the ranks, peaking at about 20, but most of them are 2-5, so I don't think we'll be seeing less than ~400mb as the standard size.

Yeah also to be fair it is a 19B parameter model. Those parameters make connections exponentially more so than linearly. I think we were mostly used to 14B param models for the most part in the past. Above that was mostly only for single images so this is sort of "the next level" i think. Anyways not totally surprising for AI stuff.

I wonder if such a simple action like this kiss is possible with a simple prompt out of the box without a lora. If it's not possible, then wtf is this model for.
