i think this lora has stopped working for onsite generation, or octo is blocking images generated with this lora
it's probably Octo, the onsite generation has been changing a lot this month. I saw on the civit announcement that there was a time NSFW generation was blocked by Octo. I think they have or planned to updated the onsite generation.
