Thrasher from Mutant League. The only female member of the Midway Monsters, the main characters' team.

I could not find a single picture of her online, but fortunately most of the episodes can still be found online. Only her locker room outfit works, a strapless swimsuit/leotard. It's hilarious how the characters spend most of the time in their underwear, as most of the show seems to take place in locker rooms.

Included some pictures of her monster league uniforms, but they don't work, it just gives her a normal sports uniform.
