Sanne Sannes (1937-1967), Dutch fashion and art photographer, lived a short life. His career as a photographer lasted only eight years — Sanne Sannes died at the age of thirty in a car accident. His work is reminiscent of the atmosphere of the 60s. It's not just an erotic theme. Interest in his works is aroused by the search for the expression of human emotions. Many of his pictures look like stills from the "film noir" of the 60s.

    Description

Human emotions are my subject matter. I photograph people. They’re what interest me, obsess me. I want to know what pushes them to do what they do. I don’t look for them in the street; I don’t do random photography. I direct them and record the moment they open up and become naked. I chose the most emotionally charged moments, the point of no return. I’m fanatically zealous!
