This is my LORA tool for making this character named Taylor. The goal was to squeeze even more of a natural look out of the realistic checkpoints, but keep the fancy lighting. Please post an image below, I'm interested to see what you come up with.
I started with Asian-Less to get out of that rut in the checkpoint, then fast/deep negative. Autodetailer LORA does a lot of the work on adding in veins, wrinkles, freckles... then some work to make it hide bad hands/feet/noses more often than not. I'm working on my own mix of checkpoints to keep the skin detail, but lose the softness of some of the models I've suggested below.
I would say that Juggernaut(SDXL) can make higher quality images with better detail, but Katafract(SD1.5) is more consistently realistic. Both are very good. Don't go too high with the strength or else it puts in too much skin detail.
