Twinrova
Kotake and Koume are a recurring pair of Gerudo twin witches in The Legend of Zelda series and this is their combined form Twinrova.

Massive respect of keeping her pointy nose instead of Yassifying her! 💯 🔥
Some checkpoints and quality prompts will tend to "fix" her nose, which is why I suggest the tag pointy nose if you want that look. I think she looks much better with the canon pointy one!
