This one the aim was pure quality anime/toon/comic style.
For me the sweet spot is Euler A - Karras, 10 step, 2 CFG
Can handle anywhere from 1-3 CFG
LCM - Karras or Exponential -- 10 step (maybe less I stuck with 10)
Euler A Karras or SGM Uniform - 10 step
DMP 2M SDE Heun - SGM Uniform - 30 step for high detail
VAE is baked
