Range: -10 to 16, but the negative end doesn't really do much. The positive side is where it actually works, you can push it pretty far if that's what you're going for. It's also very prompt dependent, some work for high positives some don't.

Otherwise does what it says. A tool for when you need it. And yes, it's really that small in size.
